Our Venue
Steeped in history, The Dickin Arms has stood proud since 1694. Set in the beautiful countryside of rural North Shropshire, The Dickin Arms is a destination for the country pub connoisseur and lovers of the outdoors alike. Centrally located in the stunning village of Loppington, we are a stone’s throw from some of the county’s great walks and rambles. We would also like to welcome your well-behaved furry companions in our Gun Room Bar only. Enjoy our terrace in the summer with a cold cocktail or snuggle in by our double-sided log burner in the winter with a cheese board and a glass of port.

Start or end your day with us and enjoy a warm welcome in our Gun Room Bar or Restaurant. A treat for both new customers and returning familiar faces, our seasonally changing lunch menu and a la carte offering is served Tuesday to Saturday with our renowned “Dickin Arms” roast being served on as Sunday lunchtime all offering excellent value for money.
